Please use this form if you are wanting us to register a new business at the Secretary of State on your behalf. Please note, that if the name is unavailable, you will have to select a different name.

The fee for this preparation is $350. It includes filing and receiving documents from the Secretary of State, the filing fee for such, and the application for the Federal ID Number.

**We can NOT file for Professional Corporation or Professional Limited Liability Companies, as they need copies of professional designation documents.

This does NOT include Oklahoma Business Registration (see form “Business Registration Packet” if you wish for us to complete). The fee for this is separate and would be needed for businesses who require a Sales Tax, Mixed Beverage, Waste Tire, Tobacco, Motor Oil, Wage Withholding permits etc.
